Rat Paq

Some one who tends to be no accertive, quiet and very squirrely. Pronounced " Rat PaC" this is an insult. Someone who is a jerk about sharing their weed stash or stuff like that. Oftem a mumbler.

1- Damn rob you rat paq toss me a fucking toke! 2-Quit Rat Paqing your chips a share them 3- what i cant hear you you fucking rat paq speak up (if somone was being a rat paq and mumbling something to defend themselves form your insult or to try and insult you)
