The ability for a nation or people to decide their own sovereign status. This ability is granted to nations only when the United States determines that it has nothing to gain or too much to lose by invading and/or instilling a coup. Subject to change at any time.

Self-Mutilate

self seeker 

One who Acts selfishly only doing what benefits them and will do anything to make a quick regardless if it makes people suffer or whom they run over. Who's loyalty & faithfulness is for sale. Is often known as a scrooge or Grinch and is a trait of the parsimonious.

That self seeker only knows me when he needs something and last time I asked him for help it costed me half my paycheck.
