Forgotten people

A group of people that a particular society and or government has failed to sufficiently address that group’s needs and desires, causing them to have a strong distrust in that country’s society and government. In some cases, it drives large numbers of people in that group to want to leave that country and settle in another land, or get them rise up and attempt to overthrow that country’s government.

Forgotten peoples are often subject to unreasonable discrimination and or government persecution for their identities and or beliefs.

The chosen people's elbow is the signature finishing move of the Israeli pro wrestler "The Chutzpah" Lior Ben-David that became popular in the Israeli and Jewish media. A spinoff to The Rock's people's elbow, this version seen The Chutzpah first taking a yarmulke from his elbow pad, then throw it on his opponent, then he would run left, bounce off the ropes then over the guy on the ground, bounce off the ropes again. then drops his elbow onto his opponent's head.

Oi Vey, it looks like The Chutzpah is going for the chosen people's elbow!
