Satarded

When you use the word 'retarded' in a satarical way, absolving you of any offense it may cause.

If you call someone 'retarded' in a derogatory tone, you may cause offense and should be fired if used whilst working, however if you are doing it for 'satire' it is perfectly fine. But to be clear you should you 'satarded' instead of 'retarded'.

stardust breaker

A technique from the dragon ball universe used exclusively by Gogeta. The user puts his hand up and forms a rainbow-colored sphere of energy in which he throws at his opponent to inflict massive damage.

In the Dragon Ball Z movie: Fusion reborn, Gogeta uses the stardust breaker to defeat Janemba. First, he created the stardust breaker, then he crushed it and threw the scattered energy at Janemba to finish him off.

In Dragon Ball Super: Broly, Gogeta threw two energy blasts at his opponent and then follows up with a huge barrage of blasts. After that, he creates the stardust breaker and throws it at Broly to severely injure him.
