This word "racks" (plural noun), a hip-hop slang term, refers to having a lot of money. In the past, doing so meant receiving money from illegal businesses such as drug trafficking and gambling run by Chinese, Hong Kongkian, or Taiwanese mafias in Chiang Rai. The word "CEI racks" refers to making money in Chiang Rai or from being a local who invests in other provinces or countries. This slang, nevertheless, has both positive and negative connotations.
Meet me in da Golden Triangle; then, y'all will receive many CEI racks through my Chinese agent. (Negative sense)
Saucing! Now I ain't worried since Komsan Lee, CEO of Flash Express, also known as CEI racks, benefits our province by extending infrastructure dat enables us to trade conveniently across da Mekong region. (Positive sense)
