The devious tickle

The devious tickle is a gesture for when a person makes a hooked shape with his hand, then inserts their hand inside any hole. Then they proceed to tickle in a devious manner. A man or woman can perform this.

MAN 1: Want me to deviously tickle you?
CHILD 1: Sure mister
*loud moaning and screaming in the distance*
CHILD 1: Thanks for The devious tickle sir.
