In urban driving, it's that driver who wants to pass you much faster than traffic. If you let them get in front of you, which is what they want, then the police will pull them over first.

1. A driver who has somewhere to be knows how to be the second-fastest car on the road, and not be a decoy for someone else.

2. Yeah, I have somewhere to be but I'm not going any faster than 74. That guy who just zoomed past is my decoy.

3. Awesome, a decoy! Let me merge right and let you pass. I'll wave to you on the shoulder in 10 miles.

Decoy

The one-handed graffiti gangster from the mean streets of Redline.
Feared by many as the most elite and cunning of all those that apply spray to walls, he amazes the toys with a seemingly unrepenting string of styles and b-boy poses.
Whilst many see him as being a figure of great importance and even worship, Decoy keeps it real by appearing cool, collected and calm.
He runs the line, Hornsby to North Sydney. Recognise, or meet the bottom of his volleys.

When a women or zombie begins to rot in the genital regions. This could also stand for the male rectum in a similar situation.

Vaginal Decay can also stand for when an incident so horrible occurs it frustrates someone beyond comprehension so strongly that their vagina and/or anal region deteriorates or decays while still living. (or feels as though it has.)

A women with a immensely foul vagina or a man's fungus ridden unwashed anus.

The worse part of the zombie invasion was the putrid stench of vaginal decay.

That math test last week was so intensely frustrating that I felt as though I would be consumed by vaginal decay.

That girl in my science class wreaks of vaginal decay, she probably hasn't showered in decades.
