Generally used when the method of obtaining the answer is completely unknown or there is a complete lack of understanding. Sometimes referred to as a TAFMO box (i.e. the problem is put through the TAFMO box and out comes an answer!).

(hypothetical math students Joe and Larry)
Joe: Hey, Larry, I've got this math problem, but I don't know how to get to the answer in the back of the book.
Larry: Oh that's easy. *scribble the following on paper:*
"Problem -> TAFMO -> Solution"
See?
Joe: What?
Larry: Then A Fucking Miracle Occurs!
