They commonly wear grey tracksuits and Air maxes. They also have to always wear a pouch with them.

A certified roadman will always wear his Puffer jacket, even if he is in the Sahara desert, or having a surgery, he will always have his Puffer jacket on. Same with the pouch. never going off, and he has every drug that human kind could ever imagine (Weed, Meth, Xanax, etc.), and he will always try to sell you the drugs, even if you're like 8. And the clothes he wears, they have to be fake, or else he isn't a Certified Roadman. They also have to smoke 20 weeds minimum a day.
