Character from the anime show Gundam Wing. dumbass character with an obsession for Heero in which she follows/stalks to his school, classes, and to outer space. Was a crappy ruler with crappy rainbow colored child ideals such as "eternal peace". Tries to attain peach by banning all weapons, though that task is actually impossible. First anime character to be meant to look pretty but actually looks ugly.

When I saw relena in her Sanq Kingdom uniform I thought she was a boy.

1. Queen bitch of the earth sphere. Ruined the lives of many anime fans by simply appearing on the screen. Her mere presence is enough to cause certain juvenile delinquints a sudden desire for suicide.
