A legal entitlement which sometimes attaches to the expressed form of an idea, or to some other abstract subject matter. This reflects that the idea is a product of one's mind or intellect, and that property rights can be applied to these ideas and that they may be protected by law in the same way as any other form of property.

A job title in disguise. While the most common duty of a property manager is to look after rental properties; they will also don the hat of a life coach, financial planner, health worker, psychiatrist, handyman, cleaner, counsellor and superhero just to name a few.

Luke thought he found a rental agent when he purchased his first investment property. Turns out he found a Property Manager.
