A gang that consists of 2 people. One of them is of Hmong descent. The other being of Mexican descent.

Person 1 = Did you here about that crazy new gang?
Person 2=You talking about that 2 man wrecking crew?
Person 1=Yeah, I heard that one of them was a Crazy Hmong dude, and the other was a Unhinged Mexican.
Person 2=Word on the street is they call themselves Hmongexicans.

In a game of "Apples to Apples", the HMOs card was mistaken for HOMOs and now will forever be played as the HOMOs card.

It is also now acceptable to substitute the word homo or gay with HMOs.
