Instead of saying "You're dead" You say "ya ded." Kind of like you're saying 'did' with a bad accent.

It is a comeback for lazy druggie teenagers who have nothing else to say.

Person 1: "Dude, I can't believe you failed that test! It was so easy!"
Person 2: "Yeah, well, ya ded."
