Get the Tyson ASMRmug. The videos you can watch to relax or to fall asleep. People criticize asmr for being sexual but really it is just for plain relaxation. Sometimes there is sexual videos in the asmr community but this is not considered by me asmr. Please do not think asmr is some kind of joke bc it isn’t and I use it on a daily basis to go to sleep
