An insult used against women who take the man's side in any argument between a man and a woman. A pick me girl is a woman who doesn't automatically take the woman's side in a debate, instead looking at the evidence and morality of the issue, and who doesn't think that someone is always right just because they are a woman, two things that the people who use this insult hate.

Woman A) She was so right to cheat on him! Women shouldn't be limited by men.
Woman B) It's wrong to cheat on a man. How would you feel if a man cheated on you?
Woman A) OMG! You are such a pick me girl!
