Rich people who move into, and ruin, a lower/middle class part of town or neighborhood. They move in and open up vanity boutiques and salons and useless foodie restaurant, while displacing residents and businesses that were there for years and years before them.
This used to be a cool neighborhood until all the rich raff moved in and made it unaffordable to live here anymore/

Get the rich treatmentmug. When someone gets the illusion that they're rich, but their credit or debit card (or both) have very large amounts of debt. Usually the debts are worth THOUSANDS of dollars. Could also be referred to as "The Rich Illusion", or "Rich Dreams".
Waiter - Your total of the bill is thirty dollars.
Roommate 1 - Hey, let me pay the bill because I probably have more money than everyone combined in this restaurant.
Roommate 2 - *Sure you do*. You're experiencing the Illusion of Rich.

Get the Richmug. A rich kid is child that have parents in the middle class and beyond. Usually, a rich kid got things he wants in life and extra for pleasure. Not to be confused with spoiled rich kid, a rich kid could be humble and gentle with others or even good with money if his parents pass down their knowledge of money to him. In addition, he could be grateful on what his parents give to him.
