A discarded plastic bag from the local off-license (liquor store) that has been caught in the breeze. Most commonly spotted floating down the estate roads of the industrial paradise that is Slough (pronounced as sl-ow) in the UK.

A plastic grocery or garbage bag being blown by the wind across a concrete surface such as the street or a parking lot.

An Urban tumbleweed with a "DG" logo can usually be seen blowing down the roads of the generally low-income areas blessed with a Dollar General store where the useless inhabitants are too lazy and poor to recycle or pay for trash pick-up.

Bum Tumbler

A pejorative term used to imply someone enjoys sticking their fingers up someone else's anus, most commonly used as a gay slur. The name comes from pin tumbler locks as you need to stick a key or pick into the lock to move the pins to open the lock. The finger would be the key and the ass is the lock.
