The use of a Turn Cow may help players avoid missing their turn and will help them to keep track of whose turn is next.
After returning from a snack break while playing Monopoly, we had forgotten whose turn it was, so we checked to see who had the Turn Cow. The Turn Cow was sitting in front Jimmy's seat so we knew that it was his turn.
