A derogatory term for one who collects government assistance. So named because the U.S. Government, between the 1960s and 1990s, ran a popular public assistance program for welfare and food stamp recipients whereby recipients were given blocks of processed "government cheese".

cream cheese

Another expression for smegma; the festering remnants of cum which collect under the foreskin, becoming thicker and smellier with a pungent taste, and taking on a yellowier tone.
The next time you scrape out a tub of 2 week old 'Philadelphia' which has been left uncovered, you'll understand the comparison.

cheese special

A local delicacy from the town of Workington. A piece of bread is very lightly toasted and then buttered. Slices of cheese are cut (preferably Red Leicester) nice and thickly and then placed upon the bread. The work-in-progress is then put in the microwave for around 30 seconds so the cheese is melted. A healthy dose of tomato sauce is then applied, and the entire concoction is folded in half for eating pleasure.

God, I'm so stoned I would love a cheese special right about now!
