Well it can mean an older man with long hair who finds himself to be attractive and "a ladie's man" (perhaps he ice sk8s) but in some cases, one in particular - sylvio could be a guy with a good sense of humour and the sweetest personality who cares about other people so much that it really makes a difference to their lives.
