Smurfs are the blue cartoon characters that live in mushroom houses.

Smurfs are also people that buy phenylpropanolamine for a speed (Amphetamine, Ethylamphetamine) cook. Since Phenylpropanolamine can be turned into Phenyl-2-Propanone, then into Ethylamphetamine, you tell the smurfs to buy Phenylpropanolamine.
