Just what happend when Giorno Giovanna *Haruno Shiobana* pierced his stand Golden Experience with the arrow Requiem it turned into Golden Experience Requiem. GER = Golden Experience Requiem
The stand named GER has obtained more abilites to turn any thing to a bug or anything that lives and can reverse aka Reset To Zero any more. Just like in the show when Diavolo used King Crimson to erase time and GER Reset to zero.
