What makes them a reddit lucio is their playstyle, which includes going for kills rather than helping their team. These people then record their play and post it on reddit for upvotes.

This can easily go wrong because being a good reddit lucio takes a lot of skill, and a lot of people who try to mimic this playstyle end up failing horribly.
