1. One who is very unimportant and thus forced to sit on the outside of the table when at a restraunt and is bumped by the waiters passing and serving food.
2. Generally marked by dirty shirts from waiters spilling stuff on them

My shirts dirty because the waiter kept spilling food on me, I'm generally the "Outside Bitch."

On an episode of Dr. Phil, a "difficult" teenage daughter, addresses the crowd using the phrase, "Cash me outside dah."

Basically, it means, come talk to me outside so that we can sort out our issues and potentially get into a physical fight.

Person 1: "Bitch, you're so ugly."

Person 2: "Me? Ugly? Cash me outside howbow dah?"
