Dude 1) Why do you want to kill Dzhokhar Tsarnaev by lupara blasts? Wouldn't that violate the 8th Amendment to The US Constitution against cruel and unusual punishment. Why not just have him machine gunned to death by firing squad and get it over with?
Dude 2) : lolz, you should listen to New York State Senator Gregory Ball. IHHO terrorists like Dzhokhar Tsarnaev don't deserve either Miranda Rights, let alone protection under the 8th Amendment, even if they are American citizens. IMHO after the lupara blasts, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev needs to be strung Mussolini-style on the electrical post nearest the actual finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon in order to pay for his crimes against civilization.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev does not, under any circumstances deserve his Miranda Rights, even if he is and an American citizen. He does indeed need to have his body torn apart by lupara blasts, and then strung Mussolini-style on a telegraph pole nearest the explosion at the Boston Marathon Bombing.
