Man, it was a long day. I definitely need to catch a booze snooze if I'm going to make it through tonight's party.

A trend pioneered by Preston uni students (Dean Boyle and Luke Thomas) in the early 21st century that describes a time dedicated for catching up with sleep during the day. Snooze offs will often involve a small group of like-minded people confined to a dedicated snooze off room which is baking hot with drawn curtains.
Picture a warm smelly room with the curtains drawn...
Boyle: "Snooze off?"
Thomas: "Snooze off?"
The TV is turned to mute and and the remote control is hidden down the side of the sofa. Boyle and Thomas curl up on the sofas and begin their snooze off.

1.) A description for the fitful sleep one gets between hits of the snooze button.
