a word refering to tourists. Often used by surfers, shateboarders, and snowboarders. Especially when the tourists interefere with the sport. Often thought of in a negative light.

So much for catching any good waves, too many shoobies.

1) The people who you hang out with on your stoop

2) The mentally numbing, soporific side effect of smoking too much marijuana. Much like 'munchies'.

A: "Yo boss, why are you looking so down?"
B: "One of my stoopies had a bad case of the stoopies yesterday from his sack lunch. No more sack lunch for that stoopie or he is most definitely off the stoop for a minute. Sort of like a time out. It might be two minutes, we don't know yet."

past tense form of a word usually said when a group of skaters went to the local skate park and theres rocks that were purposefully thrown all over the park.

Someone shoobied the whole skate park. Why would someone do such a thing.

The skate park got shoobied guys. Better bring a broom if you wanna skate.
