to shoot and scoot

a) to quickly install your missile/anti-aircraft/anti-tank launchers, fire into enemy territory, and then, just as quickly, remove your rocket launcher, way before the enemy has a chance to retaliate.

b) to shoot your load inside your girlfriend and then suddenly dump her when you find out she is carrying a bun in the oven, simply not pay child support.

c) get your mistress pregnant, then dump her, but still pay child support, and continue living with your wife

if you are going to shoot and scoot, do not underestimate your opponent, especially definition b), when your girlfriend can actually take you to court for child support or simply do you what Lorenna Bobbit did to her husband

scooter mobbing

the act of scootering without fear of obstacle, using a self propelled two wheeled scooter. Generally scooter mobs will engage in ritual challanges to gain respect from their peers and possible acceptance into a developing mob. Once accepted, a mob member can begin then their adventuring, and with at least three mob members present, they can begin scooter mobbing.

WARNING: Know your domain! If you and your buddies think it might be fun to go for a "free scoot" beware of nearby mobs. Scooter Mobs are know to be highly territorial and fearless. They will attack if they feel threatened or if they feel you are damaging the scooter name and way of life.

Also if there aint three members present you aint 'scooter mobbng' foo.

Coud Dolazo: "hey man wanna go mobbin', then vandalize some public property"

Sketer Plabe: "the f**k man, we are scooter mobsters not hooligans! I will go scooter mobbing with you only if you find a third member, and respect mother nature"

Extremely obese people who glide about in big-box stores on the electric scooters provided, especially whose bulk virtually obscures the scooter itself so that they appear to sail along on their own like a low-flying blimp.

I was at Walmart today and nearly got run down by a scooterblob in the snack aisle.
