A reference to the famous Ricardo Montalbon, from the ground breaking TV show, Fantasy Island. This modification of the word is meant, however, to imply that some one is 'retarded', but at the same time gives props to a legendary actor.

Girl A: "I tried to have a conversation with Dianne about the Iran-Contra Affair....she didn't know who Oliver North is."

Girl B: "Wow, you can't talk to that retardo-montalbon about anything"

Retardiculous

Something that is so retardedly ridiculous it's retardiculous...

I once was about to blurt out the "R" word in front of someone who has a disability. I tried to say ridiculous instead but it was too late...I had already begun to say "Retard...so out came RETARDICULOUS"
