Someone that offers the space, attention, time, and support for a females that might be a unicorns. This is different from "unicorn hunters" in that unicorn ranchers realize that the likely hood of finding a perfectly matched unicorn is so high, that it was easier to assume that the matches weren't perfect.

A much more realistic person than a "unicorn hunter". Someone, or a family, that creates the space and support for potential unicorns to flourish.
