Aussie slang for when you are holding two beer cans/bottles in one hand.
This is usually done when lining up for another bevy is too much trouble

"Sammy you double parking are we?"

Parking Lot Police

One who has nothing better to do with his/her life, besides taking refuge in an old parking lot with a pad and a pen, and taking the license plate number of every driver that does something wrong in said lot; in some cases taking it upon themselves to write you some sort of ticket or go vigalante.

Driver: *driver taps another vehicle while creeping out of a tight mall parking lot*
Parking Lot Patrol: *takes notice to the careful driving, but notices that the driver bumped another car, hense springing into action and attempting to take the plate number of driver.
Driver: *notices that the loser is writing his plate number down, so he then backs over her, leaving an indentation of his plate in her forehead for later reference*

Rosa Parking

Specifically, parking in a spot that is off limits to you.

Also, parking in a metered spot and refusing to pay, parking in a spot with a stated time limit and grossly exceeding it, parking in a spot too small or large for your vehicle, taking up two (or more) spots.

Finally, parking in a place that is not designated for parking.

"Damn, this Wal*Mart lot's all full except for the handicap spot... that's just not fair. It's time for some Rosa Parking."

"Dude, must've been a woman Rosa Parking that Escalade square over the line."

Neil Armstrong to Buzz Aldrin: "What the hell is this Geo Metro doing on the moon?"
