when attempting to penerate the anus of a lady friend or brokeback buddy, it is the crusty poo flakes that surround the enterance to said anus. As you thrust harder and harder past the many layers of the crusty poo flakes, they will cause a great discomfort that often results in an embarassing yelp, followed by a stream of tears.

The smell can also seep into pores, and when squeezing spots, they may smell of onions.
