Albanian Neutral

The Albanian definition of being neutral.
Saying/Thinking you are neutral when you clearly have radical/extreme views on a matter, topic or towards a certain group of people.

Person 1: What are your views on this certain group of people?
Person 2: Oh im pretty neutral, i just think they should all be killed in the worst possible way ever and their legacy removed from history.

Person 2 is Albanian Neutral.

curry neutral

Similar in concept to "carbon neutral" but relating to IT projects.

It is where the number of "offshore" resources is supplemented by a sufficient number of local resources to provide enough of a capability offset to ensure that the project can be delivered.

IBM is providing a team of what they call Global Resources, so we need to hire at least one skilled local person for every 3 of theirs to ensure that our project is curry neutral.

Race neutrality (adjective form: race-neutral), also known as race-neutralism or the race neutrality movement, describes the idea that policies, language, and other social institutions should avoid distinguishing roles according to people's race, in order to avoid discrimination arising from the impression that there are social roles for which one race is more suited than another.

Race classification where one individual does not feel/belong to any race.

Lack of racial resolve and behaves like many races.

Doesn't view themselves as any race.

Sam isn't really a race. They're race-neutral in all truth - just being human.
