A “Robot Fucker” is a term (mostly) used in the Transformers fandom as someone who is sexually attracted and or aroused by the idea of a Cybertronian/Transformer having sexual intercourse with a human. This can mean that the person likes to look, watch, and or read anything thay can be considered to be a porn-like material involving Transformers.
