The Title Fairy is known to randomly change forum members user titles.
These changes can be humerous, postive, negative, or simply random. They can occur at anytime, and for any reason.

Someone who throws bricks of C4 onto unsuspecting soon-to-be victims from high altitude.
The required high altitude is often achieved by flying (using e.g. a jetpack).
Successful detonation leaves the victims in confusion and salty.
Commonly resides in the game Planetside 2.

Higby: "Bullsh*t! Where the f*ck came that C4 from?!"
Clegg: "Must have been a C4 Fairy."
