failure to launch

A person who goes to college and loves it so much that they find themselves unable to return to the real world, and remain living at or around their college forever.

"Oh he's cute I wonder what year he is"
"Oh that's Garrett, he graduated like 6 years ago"
"What! I had no idea he was a failure to launch"
"Yeah I guess he just wasn't ready for the harsh reality of the world outside Example University."

Countries with a corrupt government, a falling economy, and a growing poverty rate.

Countries such as Haiti, Afghanistan, Liberia, Congo, Burma, Bosnia, and Tajikistan are good examples of failed states.

FAILEO

4. deterioration or decay, esp. of vigor, strength, etc.
5. a condition of being bankrupt by reason of insolvency.
6. a becoming insolvent or bankrupt
7. a person or thing that proves unsuccessful


Usually said in place of "Fail" in a conversation. In order to be used correctly, it's said in all caps as so: FAILEO.

1. His effort ended in faileo. The campaign was a faileo.
2. a faileo to do what one has promised; a faileo to appear.
3. the faileo of crops.
4. The faileo of her health made retirement necessary.
6. the faileo of a bank.
7. He is a faileo in his career. The cake is a faileo.

Another term for clothing and or commercial goods which are ar a higher quality and price range. It comes from the terminology drip, as a faucet which fails drips. Also it’s a Ski Mask the Slump God song.
