Empath

Someone with autism (or a related social disability) who believes themself to be able to read the emotions of others on a superhuman level. Ironically, self-described empaths typically develop emotional maturity much later than their peers. This causes them to perceive the basic human ability to pick up on social cues as extraordinary and unique. A perfect example of the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Random stranger in Walmart: "Take a fucking shower dude! You stink!"
Empath: "Hmm... this person appears to be annoyed for some reason."

I psychological condition where a person's empathy overrides their critical judgment. The most severe strains of this disease are seen in radical vegans, & environmentalists.

Empathy

Putting yourself in another person's shoes and treating them as you would to be treated. This is the opposite of a person who suffers from narcissism or other discriminatory personality traits.

Mike: You hear about that guy? He and his father must go to terrorist meetings.
Pat: Fuck that guy, I care zero about his health.
Rational Human Being: You guys should learn about empathy. They've probably experienced things in life you guys wouldn't even survive on your own. Being beat up and called a n*gger and sandn*gger as a child for one. Or suffering through injuries or chronic pain for over 17 years being the other.
Mike & Pat: Fuck that guy.

Where a woman or other person without a penis understands the pain a man goes through when he gets hit in the junk, or has otherwise painful experiences related to his private square.
