It means looking at someones body from head to toe mostly not looking at their face

A term used to describe the act of defecating in a public restroom. It is called "checking for blue" to express the defecators desperate hope that the toilet water will be blue suggesting he will be the first person to use this toilet since it was last cleaned.

Those burritos upset my stomach so bad that I had to check for blue 4 times today.
