Shakeela 

A synonym for one who is pretty/handsome, yet manages to do incredibly ditzy things (much like Jessica Simpson). A Shakeela is a person fun to be around (namely for their ditzy moments).

Alternatively: A person that can handle more liquor than indicated by their physical size.

1. Man, I normally wouldn't hang around Betty, but she's such a shakeela that I don't want to miss out what happens next.

2. Guy1: Dude were you at the party last night?

Guy 2: Nah dude what happened?

Guy1: That scrawny nerd totally shakeela'd a bottle of vodka!

The main walking path through a festival (parking) lot, usually lined with folks selling drugs, beer, art, T shirts, food etc. Essentially, the heart of the lot. From the Grateful Dead song "Shakedown Street"

Some fake definitions include 'licking the inside of ones butthole' or 'when he sticks his tongue inside your vagina and shakes it wildly'
