Pedo Baiting

Pedo Baiting is what bored trolls do in their spare time for lulz. They lurk in forums, waiting for their victims. The troll pretends to be a young, naive minor, and simply waits for the pedos to turn up. They then start a chat, flirting until they get the contact information and name. Then, they post another message pretending to be the FBI, CEOP, police or some other authority figure. They continue doing this, working the victim up into a panicky frenzy, then sit back and cackle in delight at the misery they have caused.

Troll: So can I have your number?
Foolish Pedo: Sure Baby, it's 0191 5674834, you gonna send me some pictures?
Troll: The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) has logged the IP address....
Doomed pedo: OH GOD NO.
Troll: Haha, I love pedo baiting!

Pedo-baiting is becoming popular with internet forums. It is where you go on to internet chat sites and create usernames that would attract pedophiles, then you lead the pedophile on, then spring it on him that you are really someone of the opposite sex or you are going to report them to the authorities. Then you post the conversation on the internet to humiliate the person.

When a person agrees to have cyber sex, with someone who is a minor, and they continue, they are basically soliciting a minor, thus making them a pedophile.

Brad: I made the nickname xxshugababii13xx and some pedophiles tried to have cyber sex, even though i told him i'm 13. Then, i told him he was a sick bastard and that i was going to turn him in.

Egg-baiting

A type of conversion therapy and bullying where someone is made to doubt their comfortableness with their biological sex, sexual orientation, and gender presentation, often to convince them to transition from their biological sex to a mimicry of the opposite sex.

A person may very well be comfortable with how they are, but under pressure, crack and hatch into a trans identity to find relief. A person who has not yet hatched under the egg-baiting is said to be an egg waiting to hatch.
