Bakewell Pudding

A Bakewell Pudding is a traditional desert which originated in the town of Bakewell, Derbyshire.

It consists of a flaky pastry base, jam and an egg and almond filling.

I took a trip to Derbyshire to get a Bakewell Pudding and it tasted delicious.
