Slang for Ketamine - named because of it's use as an anesthetic on horses

A substance commonly used for Anaesthesia of animals and small children. Popularized by John Lilly as a psychoactive substance somewhat related to Phencycledine (PCP) in effect. In Timothy Leary's 8-circuit-model of consciousness this drug is associated with the 8th and highest circuit. Effects of a solid dose (particularly injected) include intense OOBE's (out of body experiences), Lilliputian hallucinations (feeling "as big as the universe" or "as small as an electron", often simultaneously) and other such psychedelic effects.

Church for the Wicked 

Any group or assembly that claims to be righteous, peaceful, and open-minded when in fact they are immoral, spiteful, manipulative, and controlling. In the case of an actual church refers to a ministry of people who despite their claims do not actually uphold the philosophies of Christianity or any other religion.

However, in most cases it is used only as a metaphor and may be used to describe anyone.

The high school cheerleading squad is just another Church for the Wicked.

A leader or high ranking official belonging to a religious organization who spends church money lavishly for personal gain.

Vatican suspends Church Rich 'bishop of bling' Tebartz-van Elst.

Bishop Tebartz-van Elst - and his spending habits - had become infamous in Germany, where many people pay Church tax to the state. The tax raised 5.2bn euros for Catholics and 4.6bn euros for Protestants in 2012.
