An illiterate and inarticulate millennial's attempt to convey strong feelings, but who lacks any vocabulary or language skills for doing so, so a catchall phrase from a popular song is used instead. Usually the emotion being conveyed is love, lust, or annoyance, or a mixture of these. But it is generally impossible to understand the specific sensation being described without further research. The only practical way to extract the emotion intended is to have the individual write (in emojis) or illustrate the thought with an image meme.

Popped Feet

Microwave popcorn that is so pungent that it is very similar to when one removes their shoes. A good example would be after a track meet when the unmistakable scent of Orville Redenbacher’s Movie Theater Style Butter Popcorn wafts up towards the nostrils from one’s sweaty socks.

Everyday at 3pm someone pops some feet in the break room.

It reeks like popped feet. It must be 3 o'clock already.
