The term usually applies to a racist joke or statement where the declarant believes that "irony" or otherwise general well-meaning excuses or mitigates the racism.

Hey are you going to that Kill Whitie party in Brooklyn tomorrow that, coincidentally, will be all white?

Naw, those parties are hipster racist.

These are people who are racists, and when they argue, will try to change the subject or bring something else up whenever something is said against what they believe.

They do this because they know if they address the issue they will lose the argument

White supremacists will typically do this in a Youtube argument whenever the video depicts white against black behavior

racist hoes

i agree, most ppl on here, do use racial slurs and i'm sure they get a rise out of saying the N-word without getting their ass beat. i'm black and i don't even like using that word because it makes me look dumb 4 calling my own race a derogatory term. but yea, racist hoes are ppl who are eitha overtly or covertly racist.
