sloppy pancake

Sloppy Pancakes or (Tortitas Desaliñadas) as some people refer to it as, is the act of violently blowing your load on a plate and adding ingredients such as strawberries, chocolate chips or whatever your heart desires, and tossing it in the oven at a temperature of 375 for 15 minutes. You know it is down when it has a sort of pancakey consistency. Whereafter, you shall apply a liberal amount of whipped toppings of your choice and serve. Best enjoyed with a cup of OJ.
