With bumfuck nothing going for it, the only schools in the suburb is a Primary School and a Private high school, if u do intend to send ur child to a highschool consider homeschooling them unless you want to send them to the surrounding ghetto schools such as Belridge or Wanneroo. What can be said is while there is a high population of old fucks, there is a rise in the number of pre pubescent delinquents, preferably they like to either graffiti or smoke weed at their local park (out of the about 4, WHY ARE THERE SO MANY FUCKING PARKS?)
