An offensive term referring to a person who is of Mexican descent. Usually a term used to describe a Mexican who is any of the following: unintelligent, slow, cowardly, or pathetic.

You know, Hernando is cute but the fact he's going out with that ugly ho is proof he's just another burrito rat.
