The name "Ryan" would be pronounced "Hyan". "Romo"="Homo". Portuguese is a popular language among fighters because of the impact of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the No Holds Barred fighting world. Just in case you didn't know, Brazilians speak Portuguese.
