Putting off for tomorrow what should have been done today.

I should have written my college applications, but procrastination kept me from doing so. Besides, getting the high score on Pac-Man is WAY more impressive than getting into Harvard.

Procrastinatory Munchies

The feeling of wanting something to grub on to avoid doing something else of more importance. The feeling is compulsive and often occurs at a time when you aren't even hungry.

Bitch Ass Chemistry Teacher: Where's your homework? Me: All Sunday I was planning on working on it, but I got the Procrastinatory Munchies and ended up not doing anything. Bitch Ass Chemistry Teacher: That would most likely explain your overall surface area..... Me: Did you just call me a lardass in smart guy language?!! At least I didn't spend my weekend procrasterbating like some bitch ass chemistry teacher I know.

procrastination station

A place where you go with intentions to briefly stop by, yet somehow lasts for eternity. It usually ends in negative consequences. It's the equivalent of just "stopping by grandma's house," you know you should get going, but you just can't. You get sucked in against your will.

My dinner magically turned into a two hour "procrastination station."

To distract oneself with a creative or crafty project while subconsciously processing an intensely nerdy challenge. Typically occurs late in the day (procrafternoon) or at night (procrafternevening).

I hit a wall working on that crazy-complex Excel model, so I decided to procraftinate by converting my Ikea Billy Bookcase into a nightstand.

Precrastinator

Someone who does everything in advance. Wayyyy in advance. Basically the polar opposite of a procrastinator.

Me: Oh Ms. Pap do you have our essays graded already?
Pap: Ha yea lol I was up till 2am grading because I had to have it done by Thursday.

Me: But it’s only Tuesday you still have two nights!
Pap: Well I guess I’m a precrastinator! Had to get it done!
