3) a derogatory term for short people

4) and endearing way to tease your friends (see sillybilly)

nub

Term can apply to any of the above meanings (i.e. being a n00b different to newb and noob, leet user etc.) but can also mean a person who opens their eyes to something...let's say for instance using the term "..." or "XD" (just an example and yes, I know smeone actually like this) They will use "..." or "XD" every chance they get. The "..." or "XD" could apply to anything, but when they get smart, they won't flog (overuse) it death. They are extremely annoying until that point.

Nub: hey
Nub: ...
Person: Hey
Nub: Sup? XD
Person: Nothing
Nub: ...
Nub: Ok. Cool. XDDDD
Person: Brb
Nub: ...
Nub: XD Ok.
